All in house testing at Fourslides is Reference only. When necessary and applicable, Fourslides will utilize outside A2LA or ISO Guide 25 approved laboratories as an independent outside source to verify and validate both performance and dimensional requirements.

The Quality Department is fully capable of meeting and fulfilling all customer expectations from an AIAG Industry PPAP Standard Direct to GM, Ford and Chrysler, as well as all Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers. Fourslides Product Submission System is based off the use of Powerway Software.

The Quality Department is also capable of performing internal or customer mandated capability studies again using Powerway Software, full 100% dimensional layouts of product produced, Gage R&R Studies on measuring equipment used to verify and validate part dimensional conformance, along with multiple and standard other automotive practices.

Fourslides Quality Manager and Department manage all Quality Systems, Manuals, Procedures, and Work Instructions relative to TS 16949 to include conducting internal audits, management of the documentation that flows through the organization daily, handles all customer corrective actions as applicable, to include providing monthly Company Scorecard data to Middle and Executive Management at QSSC Meetings.
